Ok so as some of you may know but most may not. My Vic is currently DOA...
anyway since my vic is currently dead I had to get me something else to drive..
So I flew up to IA from AL on Thursday March 11th. Pulled my grandfathers 93 Lincoln Town Car Cartier out of storage which it has been sitting in there for two years now.
Anyway we checked it out and I drove it back home Fri night from IA to GA to pick up my family I then drove it from GA back to AL to get my vic towed back to GA that same day.. Lets just say that was a very long day and I was up for more than 38 hours and 21 of those hours was driving..
Anyway so since it is overdue let me introduce you to my new panther..
Specifications:
1993 Lincoln Town Car Cartier Red/Red
150,000Mi
Fully loaded, Only thing it doesn't have is a sun roof.
Beleive it has the touring package as well.
Air suspension in the rear
auto lamps
auto high beams
auto dimming rear view mirror
heated outside mirrors
3:08 rear gear
dual exhaust
Cruise control
auto climate
to damn many way power seats with 2 memory settings
diamond spoke wheels
I have had to do some work on it cause of it sitting so long. We did the brakes the other day found the rear pass side caliper was sticking and had worn the pad down completely and was chewing the rotor up. Replace both rear rotor's and pads front and rear. After we did that I was driving home and the front calipers started sticking and smoking the brakes. Got two new front calipers and one new rear caliper (BTW I love these cars calipers are only $25/Ea). Now next paycheck I will get the last rear caliper and new rotors for the front and another set of pads cause they really got cooked. the new pads already are down to 50% glazed like a Mofo and cracked in a few places.
She really is in showroom condition. Everything works as it should, no tears or fading in the interior...

Whats up everyone. I'm knew here and getting tuned this coming Saturday. Cant wait to see what its gonna do!! I ordered my car at the end of 05 and it was deliverd Feb.13 2006. I drove it home with all the plastic all over as I made sure it didnt go to detail when I ordered it (I'm just picky like that). Its got just over 25k miles on it now. Mods are BMR springs, LCA's, LCA relocation brackets, and adjustable panhard bar. Pypes offroad h pipe(original 2-piece design that actually fits unlike their new 4-piece) and FRPP Stinger axle-backs. American Racing Shelby Torq Thrust M wheels 20x8.5 and 20x10 wrapped in Nitto 555's 245/35/20 and 285/30/20. Newest addition is a Vortech HO kit (air-water) with 39lb injectors. I also went with the GT500 fuel pumps, Afco heat exchanger, Brisk Racing spark plugs, and Steeda delete plates. Before the supercharger kit and supporting mods it had a JLT cai, current exhust, and Steeda underdrive pulleys (made 307rwhp and 319rwtq with a tune on a MustangDyno).

Heres a couple shots of the car and the most recent install:

Everyone who has been to Injected over the past several months knows the '96 T-Bird with the hole in the hood. We were gonna leave it that way for awhile, so everyone could see what was up without me having to raise he hood everywhere I stopped

Unfortunately, Scott spotted some nasty water spots and even a slight touch of oxidation on the polished aluminum, chrome and powdercoated parts in the engine bay .

We can't have that now, can we ?

Scott is taking the appropriate action to prevent any further "weather wear" under the hood:

Everyone who has been to Injected over the past several months knows the '96 T-Bird with the hole in the hood. We were gonna leave it that way for awhile, so everyone could see what was up without me having to raise he hood everywhere I stopped

Unfortunately, Scott spotted some nasty water spots and even a slight touch of oxidation on the polished aluminum, chrome and powdercoated parts in the engine bay .

We can't have that now, can we ?

Scott is taking the appropriate action to prevent any further "weather wear" under the hood:
The last guy who owned it only had it for a couple months before his mortgage job ended so he didn't know a lot about it. After spending some time looking it over this week I found the following mods:

Steeda U/D Pulleys
MAC Cold Air Intake
BBK Ceramic Headers
Richmond 3.73 Gears
Tremec Trans
Steeda Tri Ax Shifter
Steeda Bump Steer Kit
Eibach Springs
Castor Camber Plates
Steeda Subframe Conectors
Flow Master Exhaust

The speedo is off by about 10 mph so I need to schedule it in with you guys for a tune to correct that and wake her up a bit
